Breastfeeding is so many things to me. Its connection. It’s nourishment. It’s an energy exchange. But it’s also such an incredible journey—one that changes with each season.


So many wonderful musings regarding advice for new mothers. The kind of advice that makes you feel whole. The advice that is void of fear mongering and the “just waits”. A combination of “this journey is amazing, protect your energy” and “plan for the right support to lift you up”.


Emmett is becoming a side lying pro & momma is the bed sharing queen. What an incredible way to connect with my baby. A way that is SAFE & has been used for CENTURIES ✨


Wear what you want. Embrace the postpartum body. The one that looks different. The one that may be softer. More round. There is great power is loving our bodies in a world that thrives off us hating them 🫶🏼


Grief showing up in the most beautiful ways sometimes. Talk about the one you’ve lost. Talk about their love. Remember remember remember 💛


Emmett is now an international boiiiii & he can’t wait to take the world by storm!!!!


The best thing you can do for your older kiddos as you add more babies to the family is continue to be intentional with your time with them. They need that connection with you no matter what. Go on the special 1:1 dates. Tell them they are special. Don’t forget they are there and need lots of connection.


When you have to borrow the car with no car seats so you buckle the newborn in safely but you postpartum anxiety cannotttt function without being able to see them so you strap a mirror from a baby book to the back headrest. Its the little things 💭
